Meet Some Of The Usual Suspects
We see a lot of different types of children, and every one is unique in their way. But, there are a lot of common traits we come across. Do any of these ring a bell?
"Just one more" story, drink, or minute before bed, these tots are hard-core negotiators. Future business owners or solicitors, perhaps?

Our Commitment To You
Our Commitment To You
GENTLE SLEEP TRAINING
‘Cry-It-Out’ (or, more commonly, the ‘extinction method’) is fundamentally against the basis of our process. We always ask parents to respond to their child’s cries. We cannot promise that your child will never cry during the program – it’s how they communicate with you as their parent. However, we will show you how to understand what they are calling for and how to respond. Our method builds positive associations with sleep and bedtime. We are room-sharing, co-sleeping, contact-napping, and breastfeeding-friendly.
BEDTIME ON YOUR SCHEDULE
Here, bedtime is defined as starting when your child is awake in bed until you say ‘goodnight’ and leave the room. By the end of our process, this will take less than 10 minutes with your child falling asleep independently. Bedtimes are simple and ultimately flexible to suit your family’s preferences – if you want a longer bedtime, go for it. Similarly, because our process is not Cry-It-Out, you can give them more support and love when they need it (illness, developmental milestones, environment change) without worrying about “breaking the process”.
Sleep Through The Night
Depending on your child's age, ‘through the night’ means 10-13 hours. Good sleep is not just about duration. However – it is also about quality. One of The Child Sleep Therapists' fundamentals is ensuring your child feels safe and comfortable in bed and sleep. A fundamental change we have identified in children after completing our program is the increased length and regularity of their deep sleep cycles – crucial to a child’s growth and development.
